About this role

Traba is seeking a Product Engineer to build its AI-driven product on top of existing agents, focusing on automating workflows for the industrial supply chain and staffing marketplace. This role involves applying frontier models to automate vetting, matching, and fulfillment processes while writing high-quality code across React Native, React/TypeScript, and Node.js/PostgreSQL stacks. As part of the founding team, the engineer will partner with the CTO to own product decisions and architect core systems for real-time matching and autonomous pipelines.

Responsibilities

Apply existing AI agents and frontier models to automate staffing marketplace workflows
Write and review high-quality code for React Native and React/TypeScript applications
Architect core systems for real-time matching and autonomous worker-vetting pipelines
Partner with design teams to ship polished and intuitive user interfaces
Own product decisions and collaborate with the CTO on the product roadmap
