About this role
Affirm is hiring new college graduates for a hybrid early career engineering program designed to launch software careers. Participants are paired with a tenured mentor, rotate across teams and tech stacks, and work in-person three days a week out of the Chicago office during the program. After the one-year program, employees can remain hybrid, go remote, or stay in an office based on role and preference.
