About this role

Northrop Grumman seeks a Software Engineer to lead the design and integration of Real Time Computer In the Loop and Hardware In the Loop test laboratories for flight software validation. The role combines embedded C/C++ development with high-performance GPU coding to develop real-time simulation scenarios for mission-critical defense systems. Working onsite in Chandler, AZ, the engineer will utilize 6-DoF real-time simulation to ensure systems meet stringent performance and security requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead design and integration of real time computer in the loop test laboratories
Develop GPU software for real time flight condition scenario prediction
Create software architectures supporting real time distorted scene injection
Ensure all developed software meets rigorous industry standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on weapon system integration efforts
