About this role

This role involves building the first AI-native observability platform for agentic systems at Salesforce, focusing on distributed systems and real-time analytics. You will design scalable data pipelines, integrate observability tooling into Agent Studio, and optimize agent reasoning performance across the full stack. The position requires owning features end-to-end, from backend services to UI components, within a multi-tenant production environment.
