About this role

This role is part of Aircall's Programmable Communications team, responsible for the core voice and messaging infrastructure that powers Aircall’s products. The engineer will work on highly scalable, secure backend and real-time communication systems to support high-volume customer interactions. The position sits in a fast-paced, product-driven environment with a focus on reliability, carrier-grade quality, and continuous improvement. The role also involves close collaboration across engineering to enable new product capabilities on top of the communications infrastructure.
