About this role
This role is a backend engineer position on Aircall’s Programmable Communications Team, focused on the voice and messaging infrastructure that powers real-time customer communications. The engineer will build and operate scalable, secure services and distributed systems that run on AWS to support high-volume calls and messaging. The position centers on ensuring reliability and audio quality for real-time communications while collaborating closely with other engineering teams. It is based in Aircall’s Paris office within a fast-growing, product-driven environment.
