About this role

GHX is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Rules and Actions team, focusing on designing, developing, and delivering quality software solutions for the GHX Exchange platform. The role involves building and enhancing features in the rules execution service, implementing rule types and actions, and supporting event-driven systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java and the J2EE/Spring stack, with exposure to AWS cloud services and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance features in the rules execution service
Implement rule types, specifications, and actions on the shared rules framework
Write JUnit 5 and Mockito tests and help with ongoing monolith decoupling
