About this role
The Engineering Graduate Programme at Hitachi Rail is a four-year rotational development scheme designed to develop the next generation of technical experts, specialists and leaders. Participants complete multiple placements across Hitachi Rail UK sites (mainly Cheadle, Manchester with possible London rotations) to experience the full engineering lifecycle while being mentored by the Engineering Leadership team. The programme provides structured training, exposure to diverse business areas and opportunities for internal career progression.
