About this role

The Software Engineering Manager will lead the team building the platform that operates flight and payload systems for on‑orbit satellites, owning core software, services, and tools for flight operations. The role sets technical direction and develops people and processes to deliver scalable, reliable systems that convert customer intent into safe on‑orbit operations. The manager will work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams including ground platform and mission operations to ensure solutions integrate effectively.
