Software Engineering Service Management Lead

The Software Engineering Service Management Lead provides technical leadership, organizational direction, and full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) oversight for KBR's internal software engineering teams at NASA Johnson Space Center. This role involves driving software engineering excellence, managing financial and deliverable aspects of contracted technical work, and ensuring all outputs meet NASA's strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. The leader is responsible for mentoring engineers, implementing modern engineering practices like DevOps and Agile, and coordinating with NASA leadership on complex space exploration technologies.
