The Solution Architect - Quality (QMS) is a senior, customer-facing leader responsible for owning the full post-sale journey for Kivo’s customers in the pharmaceutical and life-sciences sectors. This role focuses on driving customer outcomes, retention, and expansion through proactive success management, starting with hands-on implementation projects and continuing through strategic account management. The position requires deep domain knowledge of Quality processes in regulated environments, including GxP and 21 CFR Part 11, to ensure successful platform adoption and long-term customer success.
