Solution Architect - Regulatory

The Solution Architect - Regulatory is a senior, customer-facing leader responsible for owning the full post-sale journey for Kivo’s customers in the pharmaceutical regulatory space. This role focuses on driving customer outcomes, retention, and expansion through proactive success management, starting with hands-on implementation projects and continuing through to ongoing Customer Success interactions. The position requires building trusted relationships, leading implementations in regulated environments, and serving as a strategic partner to ensure long-term customer success.
