About this role

The Sr Solution Engineer acts as the primary technical expert for Revinate's Salesforce, supporting sales teams by translating complex customer requirements into custom platform solutions. Leveraging deep SaaS and hospitality domain knowledge, the role involves architecting robust technical blueprints, delivering executive presentations, and bridging the gap between sales, product, and technical teams to drive successful implementations.

Responsibilities

Architect and validate complex, custom platform solutions for critical client needs
Present and defend technical value propositions to C-level executives
Collaborate with Product Management to ensure high-quality product delivery
Lead discovery sessions to uncover critical business and technical requirements
Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and provide technical support for RFQs

Skills

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering or Technical ArchitectureExpert knowledge of hospitality ecosystem (PMS, CRS, CRM)
