The Solution Strategist leads vision, workflow design, and user experience for key platform integrations, shaping product direction and serving as the go-to expert for solution reviews and client discussions. The role partners with Engineering and cross-functional teams to translate complex client needs into clear, actionable product direction and supports early adoption activities and customer-facing presentations. This is a Kansas City–based position with some travel and high visibility across multiple company initiatives.
