About this role

The Solutions Architect (Business Development) will engage directly with customers to build trusted relationships, develop innovative low‑risk and profitable solutions, and produce compelling technical proposals for high‑value defence, government and nuclear programmes. The role works closely with Business Development and Capture teams, mentors technical staff, and influences strategic direction before procurements are launched.

Responsibilities

Produce technical proposal content including architectures, white papers, and cost estimates
Mentor and inspire teams to strengthen technical capability and delivery confidence
