Sommelier

The Sommelier delivers knowledgeable, personalized wine service and guides guests through the restaurant's wine list, pairings, and offerings. Working under the Head Sommelier and Beverage Manager, the role supports the execution of the wine program on the floor, assists with cellar and inventory upkeep, and helps train the service team on wine knowledge. This position ensures compliance with liquor laws and sanitation standards while maintaining a visible presence in the dining room.
