About this role

The Sourcing Manager, Contract Manufacturing will lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for Augury's hardware products, overseeing contract manufacturing relationships, global sourcing strategies, and the execution of new product introductions and mass production. The role collaborates closely with engineering, operations, quality, finance, product, and planning teams to optimize cost, improve supplier performance, mitigate risks, and ensure supply continuity as the company scales its manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies
Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management
Manage contract manufacturing partners for NPI and mass production
Own supplier forecasting, inventory planning, and MRP execution
Drive supplier performance through scorecards and continuous improvement
