About this role

The Sourcing Manager will independently lead end‑to‑end ODM/CM engagements from RFP through supplier selection, managing sourcing deliverables across development phases and ensuring alignment with product launch schedules. The role involves cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, program management, finance, and legal, as well as supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, and negotiation of contracts and pricing.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end ODM/CM engagement from RFP through supplier selection
Execute sourcing strategy for new product introductions and align with category sourcing
Manage and mitigate supplier risks impacting time‑to‑market
Develop and present program status, cost, and risk decks to senior leadership
Negotiate project scope agreements, including NRE, tooling, pricing, and IP ownership
