Sous Chef 2

The Sous Chef 2 assists the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness standards at the UC Santa Barbara Greek House. This role involves leading the kitchen team, overseeing food preparation and stock management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high standards of food service during prime operation hours.
