Alisal, a luxury private acre working Ranch and Resort in Santa Barbara Wine Country, is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Sous Chef, Junior to join its Culinary team. This full-time position involves leading the team in a fast-paced, casual restaurant while executing BBQs and events. The role focuses on ensuring health department compliance, managing daily kitchen prep, and providing guidance to less experienced cooks. Additionally, the position requires maintaining a safe working environment and communicating equipment needs to the Executive Chef.
