The Sous Chef will support the Chef in both culinary and administrative tasks within a high-quality, full-service active adult retirement community, ensuring exceptional dining experiences through high standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety. The role includes training staff, assisting with menu preparation, and maintaining a positive professional attitude with residents and team members.
