Sous Chef

The Sous Chef prepares food in accordance with approved menus and regulations to ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents, families, and visitors. This role involves assisting with meal planning, preparation, and service while maintaining sanitary standards and controlling food costs. In the absence of the Culinary Services Director, the Sous Chef directs the overall operations of the Culinary Department.
