Sous Chef

The Sous Chef serves as the second-in-command in the kitchen, assisting the Head or Executive Chef in managing daily operations, maintaining food quality, and supervising staff. This role involves ensuring full compliance with hygiene and food-safety standards while overseeing cleanliness, maintenance, and service procedures. The position requires standing in for the Head Chef during functions, special events, or absences to ensure seamless kitchen performance.
