Sous Chef

Delano London is seeking a Sous Chef to join its pre-opening culinary team, reporting to the Executive Head Chef and supporting the Senior Sous Chef in delivering the food experience across the hotel's all-day restaurant and wider operations. This role involves leading kitchen sections, maintaining high culinary standards, and contributing to the development of the Mediterranean and London-inspired menu. The position requires a hands-on leader who can coach junior staff, ensure operational efficiency, and help build a positive kitchen culture from the ground up.
