The Sous Chef role at Life Enriching Communities involves overseeing the efficient operation of the kitchen and directing food preparation to ensure high-quality dining experiences for residents. This position requires mentoring team members, managing inventory, and maintaining strict sanitation and HACCP protocols. The ideal candidate will lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef while ensuring timely and safe food service.
