Sous Chef

The Sous Chef serves as the second-in-command to the Chef, playing a key role in managing both the daytime cafeteria and evening restaurant operations at a ski resort. This hands-on position requires a leader who is comfortable cooking, prepping, and plating alongside the team while maintaining high standards for food quality and safety. The role involves supporting kitchen staff, coordinating production, and stepping in as the kitchen leader when the Chef is absent.
