Sous Chef

The Sous Chef collaborates with the Chef de Cuisine and Food & Beverage Director to manage daily culinary operations and oversee the back-of-house team. This role ensures safe kitchen operations, enforces health code requirements, and maintains high standards for food quality and sanitation. The position also involves serving as the primary Manager on Duty when the Chef de Cuisine is absent.
