This role ensures the safe operation of kitchen equipment, adherence to recipes, and compliance with state and federal health code requirements for sanitation and cleanliness. The Sous Chef also enforces Snowbasin and Food & Beverage policies and serves as the primary Manager on Duty in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine.
