Sous Chef

The Sous Chef coordinates and directs the activities, training, and performance of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service and maintain culinary standards. This role supports departmental goals, upholds health and safety requirements, and manages kitchen operations including budgets and staff development. The position requires a minimum of three to five years of experience as a chef de cuisine or sous chef.
