Sous Chef

The Sous Chef serves as second in command over the culinary and stewarding departments at Legends Global Tech Port Center and Arena, responsible for purchasing, receiving, and producing food items in the absence of the Executive Chef. This role involves overseeing the stewarding department, training kitchen and stewarding personnel, and maintaining health department standards. The position requires managing food costs, inventory, and staff scheduling while ensuring high-quality food production for large events.
