Sous Chef

Forno Osteria and Bar Montgomery is seeking a passionate and experienced kitchen manager to join their culinary leadership team. The sous chef works directly with the Chef de Cuisine to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and help lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, upscale-casual Italian restaurant environment. This role requires strong leadership, a commitment to excellence, and a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine, wood-fired cooking, and seasonal ingredients.
