Spa Retail and Guest Services Associate

This role is responsible for managing spa appointments, guest check-in and check-out processes, and retail transactions to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. The position involves coordinating group activities, maintaining inventory, and providing clerical support to Spa Management. The associate will also handle retail sales, upselling, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities.
