Special Education Bus Driver/Substitute Bus Driver

Under limited supervision, this role operates a school bus equipped to transport students with medical, behavioral, physical, and developmental disabilities, ensuring their safe and timely transportation to and from school and program sites. The position requires compassion and collaboration with bus monitors, school staff, and families to support individualized needs and district safety standards. The driver is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, performing vehicle inspections, and implementing approved de-escalation practices.
