About this role

This role serves as a senior technical contributor within the proposal development process, ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant, and visually compelling proposal materials for high-visibility RFI, RFP, and Commercial Proposal submissions. The Specialist III supports the Proposal Manager by coordinating key steps in the proposal workflow, maintaining records, and independently managing smaller proposal efforts. The position focuses on advanced desktop publishing, graphic design, and document production to enhance clarity and competitiveness within proposal responses.

Responsibilities

Lead formatting, design, and production of complex proposal documents and presentations
Collaborate with proposal managers to ensure full compliance with RFI/RFP requirements
Manage and update proposal templates, boilerplate content, and past performance records
