Specialist Payroll

As a member of the Country Servicing Business Services Team, this role manages all payroll functions for company entities within the country, ensuring proper setup, processing, and generation. The Specialist Payroll calculates the effect of employee population or legal changes, handles deductions, and reconciles payroll bank accounts to the general ledger. The position involves creating analytical reports, advising management on technical payroll matters, and communicating salary considerations to employees.
