The Specialist, Safety – Compliance ensures safety assurance and regulatory adherence by monitoring internal policies, state and federal regulations, and advising Safety Management on necessary actions. The role involves supporting the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan, conducting audits, analyzing compliance data, and maintaining incident logs to identify trends and generate reports. This position plays a key part in the Safety Management Systems process and continuous improvement efforts.
