Specialist, Safety – Compliance

The Specialist, Safety – Compliance ensures safety assurance and regulatory adherence by monitoring internal policies, state and federal regulations, and advising the Safety Management team on necessary actions. This role involves supporting the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan, conducting audits, and analyzing compliance data to identify trends and generate key metrics. The position also focuses on maintaining incident logs, supporting hazard reporting systems, and driving continuous improvement within the Safety Management System.
