ESC Region 12
The Specialist - Teaching and Learning Secondary serves as a campus-embedded instructional coach to strengthen Tier 1 and supplemental instruction and improve student outcomes. This role builds teacher capacity through model classroom instruction, job-embedded coaching, data-driven support, and professional learning. The specialist works in partnership with campus and district instructional leadership to ensure high-fidelity implementation of district curriculum and instructional frameworks.
