Specialized Resource Parent Support Worker

The Specialized Resource Parent Support Worker provides direct support, consultation, and coaching to SBH Resource Parents to ensure the well-being, stability, and permanency of children/youth placed in their homes. This role involves proactive partnership with resource parents to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs, while ensuring access to appropriate behavioral health and medical services. The position requires maintaining routine communication, crisis management, and collaboration with case managers and educational teams to support the child's overall success.
