Resource Parent Support Worker

The Resource Parent Support Worker supports the healthy development and well-being of children, youth, and families by working directly with resource caregivers to ensure their stability and permanency. This role involves providing in-home support, facilitating communication between caregivers and service providers, and ensuring compliance with safety and documentation requirements. The position requires a minimum of one monthly face-to-face visit with resource families and collaboration with community agencies to address the specific needs of each child.
