About this role

An off-site Pharmacy Technician role providing integrated support to specialty clinic patients, hospital partner pharmacies, and providers to promote quality medication management and adherence. The position supports patient access to therapy through coordination with clinical and payor stakeholders and the use of proprietary tools and the hospital EMR. The role is focused on improving patient outcomes and facilitating continuity of care in partnership with the clinic team.
