A Speech-Language Pathologist who evaluates and treats inpatient patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, establishes and implements individualized plans of care, and provides patient and family instruction. The role includes documentation, discharge planning, interdisciplinary collaboration with medical staff, and acting as a clinical instructor for students.
