About this role

The Baseball Head Coach for DREAM’s middle school competitive team leads the school’s baseball program in alignment with DREAM’s mission and values. The coach works with middle school students to foster skill development, teamwork, and sports-based youth development. This role is part of the Athletics team and collaborates with school staff to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for student-athletes. The position is based at DREAM’s East Harlem and Mott Haven Middle Schools with practices and games in surrounding areas.
