About this role
A New Graduate RN Residency at The Valley Hospital-Paramus for BSN graduates with no prior RN/LPN experience or less than six months of experience. Applicants must hold a BSN with a minimum GPA of 3.0, provide their GPA on resume and cover letter, and obtain AHA BLS and a New Jersey RN license prior to program start. Residents begin orientation on day shift and will be transitioned to night shift within the first six months. Compensation is hourly with benefits.
