Spring/Summer 2026 Baking and Pastry and Culinary Arts Internship

Biltmore offers an on-site culinary internship that allows interns to rotate through two professional kitchens, gaining experience in varied restaurant environments and participating in training tied to sustainable farming and field-to-table programs. The program is full-time with a minimum of 35 hours per week and pays $18 per hour, with employer-sponsored housing available where space permits. Applicants must be currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited culinary training program, with a minimum 12-week commitment.
