Sr. Analyst, Benefits

The Sr. Analyst, Benefits role supports the administration of Current’s employee benefits programs across its growing network of firms. This role serves as a key resource for employees and Human Capital partners, resolving benefits and leave issues, maintaining accurate enrollment and payroll records, coordinating with vendors, and supporting open enrollment and acquired-firm transitions. The position partners closely with Total Rewards, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and external providers to deliver accurate, responsive, and consistent benefits administration.
