Zelis is seeking a motivated individual to drive learning content development and learning operations across the business unit through the design, build, and management of impactful digital learning assets and knowledge resources that enable measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will lead the development and maintenance of digital learning content and documentation related to products, programs, and processes, using tools like Articulate and Synthesia to translate complex business processes into clear, easy-to-understand learning resources. This position is responsible for ensuring team members can develop, maintain, and increase their process and product knowledge — and effectively communicate that knowledge with clients and stakeholders — through well-designed, efficiently produced content and well-managed learning operations.
