About this role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Chassis Tester Software team at Blue Origin, you will design and implement Linux instrument drivers and automated test frameworks for the New Glenn heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle. This role involves architecting hardware-in-the-loop systems, building operator-facing tools, and ensuring the verification of avionics equipment before flight. Responsibilities

Design and implement production-quality Linux software drivers for test instruments
Architect and extend automated test execution frameworks and result-checking systems
Build operator-facing GUI and CLI tools for test campaign management
Collaborate with avionics hardware engineers to validate driver correctness
Drive technical debt reduction and standardize interfaces across the codebase
