About this role
The Sr Associate IS Business Systems Analyst will join Amgen’s Global Commercial Operations & Corporate Functions Technology organization to support US commercial contract development and pricing initiatives. The role focuses on Global CRM capabilities built on Salesforce with integrations to Conga CPQ and CLM, working closely with product, business stakeholders, engineering and UX to ensure solutions align with business needs. The position is based in Amgen India (Hyderabad) and contributes to enterprise-scale CRM programs.
