The Sr. CX Operations Coordinator scales quality, clarity, and consistency across the Customer Experience team by building and maintaining the operational foundation that enables fast, accurate work. The role connects QA, training, knowledge, escalations, and order operations to improve response quality, reduce avoidable escalations, and tighten end-to-end issue resolution. This is a hands-on position in a fully remote HQ environment with quarterly off-sites.
